This allows him to Limit Over Accel Synchro Summon Shooting Quasar Dragon. Z-one has all his monsters destroyed by Yusei's new monster. However, not finished with Yusei, Z-one summons the Ultimate Temporal Machine God Sephiron, whose effect gives it 20,000 ATK.
